April 2012: Tips, eNews & More!

If March was any indication of how this summer is going to look maybe we should skip spring this year. On second thought, spring is a crowd pleaser among many in the office. It's not too hot, not too cold, it is kind of the baby bear of the seasons.

Spring is a time of rebirth and rejuvenation. In the past we talked about spring cleaning around the home: this year we'd like to suggest a little spring cleaning for.. yourself! 2. Keep your mouth clean

  4. Check your mouth regularly

Mac n' Cheeze Pleeze!

From spring cleaning to the endless outdoor activities we find in Ontario, the warmer temperatures are likely to get you moving. This month we wanted to share a high energy, health conscious, vegan recipe inspired by a Canadian classic...Macaroni and cheese!

Some of the ingredients in this recipe may not be readily found in your pantry. All of them should be easily found in your local grocer's organic section and all are worth having around for their nutritional value.
